As more headteachers are moving into executive leadership and CEOs of Multi-Academy Trusts, I was invited by ASCL to coach on the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership.

Olive Academies, a multi-academy trust, supports children and young people who have experienced difficulty in learning in mainstream schools.

The headteachers work with young people who are at risk of exclusion, those who have been permanently excluded from school and those who have medical needs.
