Examples of recent projects

As the original founders and partners of Praxis came to the end of their first successful five years, they invited me to coach them in navigating their vision and values for the next five. And to help them seamlessly incorporate another partner into their leadership group.

We explored previous successes and how to build on these, their own roles and responsibilities and to whom they were immediately accountable, and how they lead their business through the next stages of growth.

Within this work we used the lens of the Enneagram to enhance their self awareness and team intelligence, how they are in conflict and how they bring out the best in and thrive with each other.

Olive Academies, a multi-academy trust, supports children and young people who have experienced difficulty in learning in mainstream schools.
